Prices: All prices include VAT and the price charged will be that shown on our website at the time of ordering. Postage is charged at cost plus a small charge for packing, usually £1.00. This website will usually only handle orders to addresses in the UK. We are very happy to despatch to any country in the world, please e-mail us if you have any difficulty ordering from the website. Payment: We accept cheques or credit/debit cards. We accept VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and American Express. At the time of ordering we require the full card number, expiry date, card security code, card holder's name, and full address and contact telephone number. We cannot accept international issued Maestro cards. Cheques should be made payable to Time Restored Limited. Delivery: We make every effort to despatch goods same day or next day. Items that are out of stock will be despatched as soon as possible. Orders: We are happy to accept orders either in writing, by telephone, fax or email. If you want to call at the shop it is best to make an appointment. Specifications: We have made every effort to give the correct specifications of our stock, and all descriptions, sizes, dimensions, weights and capacities are given in good faith for guidance only. We cannot guarantee them to be absolutely correct. Retention of Ownership: Title of goods is reserved by Time Restored Limited until the purchase price is paid in full. Responsibility for the goods passes to the buyer on receipt. Goods returned, claims and errors: If a package gets damaged in the post, original packaging must be kept and Royal Mail as well as ourselves must be informed within three days. The goods will then be replaced and returned to you. If an error has been made please contact us immediately giving order date and invoice number with name and address. If you wish to return goods this must be done within seven days quoting invoice date and number.
